Elijah                

Is being a prophet easy? What examples from his life can we learn from? Would  you do as he did? Why did God want this in the Bible.

1 Kings 19: 1 "AND Ahab told Jezebel all that Elijah had done, and withal how he had slain all the prophets with the sword.

2 Then Jezebel sent a messenger unto Elijah, saying, So let the gods do to me, and  more also, if I make not thy life as the life of one of them by to morrow about this time.

3 And when he saw that, he arose, and went for his life, and came to Beersheba, which belongeth to Judah, and left his servant there.
4 But he himself went a day's journey into the wilderness, and came and sat down under   a juniper tree: and he requested for himself that he might die; and said, It is enough; now, O LORD, take away my life; for I am not better than my fathers.

5 And as he lay and slept under a juniper tree, behold, then an angel touched him, and said unto him, 
Arise and eat.
6 And he looked, and, behold, there was a cake baken on the coals, and a cruse of water at his head. And he did eat and drink, and laid him down again.

7 And the angel of the LORD came again the second time, and touched him, and said, 
Arise and eat; because the journey is too great for thee.

8 And he arose, and did eat and drink, and went in the strength of that meat forty days and forty nights unto Horeb the mount of God.
9 And he came thither unto a cave, and lodged there; and, behold, the word of the   LORD came to him, and he said unto him, 
What doest thou here, Elijah?
  (The Parowan Prophet had a similar experience after a 42 day fast. And I was upon a hill side near American Fork Utah. My 1st. wife said boy you have lost weight when she saw me after 6 weeks. I had lost 18 pounds of weight.)

10 And he said, I have been very jealous for the LORD God of hosts: for the children of Israel have forsaken thy covenant, thrown down thine altars, and slain thy prophets with the sword; and I, even I only, am left; and they seek my life, to take it away.

11 And he said, Go forth, and stand upon the mount before the LORD. And, behold, the LORD passed by, and a great and strong wind rent the mountains, and brake in pieces the rocks before the LORD; but the LORD was not in the wind: and after the wind an earthquake; but the LORD was not in the earthquake:

12 And after the earthquake a fire; but the LORD was not in the fire: and after the fire a still small voice.
13 And it was so, when Elijah heard it, that he wrapped his face in his mantle, and went out, and stood in the entering in of the cave. And, behold, there came a voice unto him, and said, What doest thou here, Elijah?

14 And he said, I have been very jealous for the LORD God of hosts: because the children of Israel have forsaken thy covenant, thrown down thine altars, and slain thy prophets with the sword; and I, even I only, am left; and they seek my life, to take it away.

15 And the LORD said unto him, Go, return on thy way to the wilderness of Damascus: and when thou comest, anoint Hazael to be king over Syria:
16 And Jehu the son of Nimshi shalt thou anoint to be king over Israel: and Elisha the   son of Shaphat of Abelmeholah shalt thou anoint to be prophet in thy room.

17 And it shall come to pass, that him that escapeth the sword of Hazael shall Jehu slay: and him that escapeth from the sword of Jehu shall Elisha slay.
18 Yet I have left me seven thousand in Israel, all the knees which have not bowed unto Baal, and every mouth which hath not kissed him.

19 So he departed thence, and found Elisha the son of Shaphat, who was plowing with twelve yoke of oxen before him, and he with the twelfth: and Elijah passed by him, and cast his mantle upon him.
20 And he left the oxen, and ran after Elijah, and said, Let me, I pray thee, kiss my father and my mother, and then I will follow thee. And he said unto him, Go back again: for what have I done to thee?

21 And he returned back from him, and took a yoke of oxen, and slew them, and boiled their flesh with the instruments of the oxen, and gave unto the people, and they did eat. Then he arose, and went after Elijah, and ministered unto him."    End quotes.

What lessons do we learn from Elijah.

It is no fun being alone, even when God says that he has others willing to obey him. (Are you one?) The Prophet just wishes to die himself. Could you ever feel like that? Some of us as prophets have fasted 40 days, as I have myself. See my other flyers, and so don't gripe about your hunger when bombs fall, because you didn't prepare, because you wanted your toys instead. He stayed in a cave, like you should to get out of the nuclear fallout. Many have forsaken their covenants: of marriage, of the long garments, of the endowment, of hanging onto the iron rod. Other voices are so loud that you don't know how to hear the still small voice.
What are you doing where you are? Could you leave all behind, and follow the Prophet? Why do you expect God to appear to you in the lifestyle that you are living? 
You don't, and He won't !

Why did God want the story of Elijah in the Bible? What lessons did God want people  to learn from that story? Why did God cause any part of the Bible to be written?

A Devil of a tale.

The Devil called a meeting of his host: including all the most wicked who ever lived.
He explained that they are running out of time, that the end draws near and they still have a few that profess some religion. He said we don't care if they go to church, and read their Scriptures.

Just keep them too busy to understand, and get their own opinions.

The only thing that we can do at this late date is to keep them real busy in doing nothing of eternal value. Distract them with non-essentials. Convince them that they must have more than food and shelter, cause them to strive for and desire everything they see.   Cause them to covet.

Constrain them from satisfaction, satiate their constant desire for more. Tempt them to cheat, steal, spend, spend, spend, and borrow, borrow, borrow. Then they will have to work, work, work, and not think about the real future. Then their families will mean nothing to them now, and they will not even think of being alone in eternity. If they are to have anything they must get it now. 
They are running out of time.

Keep them so busy that there is no time for family life, and quiet moments alone. Stimulate their minds with all kinds of excitements. Entice them with Radio, TV, VCR, CD's, and cram their minds with sounds all the time, so they cannot contemplate the still small voice.

Make them dread the silence. So that they cannot listen to God.

Create so much news that does not effect them at all, that they will be numb to what  really matters, and can't make good sound judgments. Invade every  waking moment with information that has to be heard. Use every source available, papers, magazines, newsletters, cinema, etc. Don't let them be alone, to think or contemplate, have them complain.

Tell them that they must get all they can, while they can, because God has fallen asleep and can't see what they are doing now. Get it while the getting is good. Plan for retirement, because God doesn't care about you anymore. There are so many sparrows dying that he can't even begin to watch even when he is awake. 
They can't really believe what is written.

Have everything in excess, even their leisure time. Make them rush, rush, rush, to cram in everything they can even while on vacation, so that they return exhausted. Create diversions from the quiet times alone; keep them in amusement parks, gymnasiums, courts, and stadiums watching the gladiators of today in their duels and contests.

Make dissatisfaction with each other in marriages. Cause them to lust for the unknown. Make divisions of opinions, confuse what God has said was the law in the scriptures. Even if they can read for themselves. Convince them that they must follow some religious leader, no matter who it is. That way they never can get close to hear God.

You know that everyone enjoys the natural affection of sex, so put it everywhere, so that hardly a minute can pass without it being right in their face. Tell them anything is ok, as long as they don't get caught. The rabbit is free, and very few are caught in the wolfs mouth. The grass is always greener on the other side of the fence, so tell them.

Share gossip and small talk, and cause them to think the worst of any circumstance. Use the self -righteous and pious to cast suspicion and doubt upon others of a nobler quality. As they think in their hearts, so are they. Lovers of pleasure more than lovers of God. Use that to our advantage. None can remember why they are here, so tell them this is all there is. Have them question the integrity of others.

Cause doubts in their minds, that a man can talk with God today. You know that all those things have passed away long ago. Convince them that if it were so, that more people would know of it. Who can say if there is a real prophet today? Nobody can. No proof. Nobody really hears from God, cause them to trust some man, anyone!

Make them realize how bad they are, give them no hope. So they will not want to think about what is real. Tell them that I am not real, that they have nothing to fear from me. Convince them that they have rights, in spite of what God has said. That I want everyone to be free. That we should all be allowed to do as we please. That I am for freedom for  all.

Keep them in crowds, that they shall fear of being alone. Then they cannot hear because of the noise. Make social acceptance the thing to strive for. That everyone will acknowledge those in the news. Keep them unsure about any judgments. Persuade them that all are equal and that God has no favorites. Tell them to love everything and everyone. That they cannot hate as God hates.

Suggest they have plenty of time to change for the better. Just look at the old people and how much fun they have missed. The future really looks great. Enjoy everything as much as you can. There is really no tomorrow; death is just like sleep. Ease and comfort. Have them forget about eternity, it is only forever. Put off until tomorrow any changes.

Teach them to compromise everything, have no absolutes. Stand for nothing. Impress them that everything must be done for a profit. That is our system. Have them think of the most successful people they know. Convince them they must have more even though they bring nothing with them, when they die.

Whenever they will allow it, coerce them to hurry and get all they can, because they can never have enough. They are about to run out of time. So re-double your efforts now and know that I am with you always, as you go about keeping everyone busy, busy. Do not even let them think about eternity and God's eternal rest. Psalm 9: 16 "The LORD is known by the judgment which he executeth: the wicked is snared in the snared in the work of his own hands. Higgaion. Selah.
17 The wicked shall be turned into hell, and all the nations that forget God."

" 34 Behold, there are many called, but but few are chosen. And why are they not chosen?
35 Because their hearts are set so much upon the things of this world, and aspire to the honors of men, that they do not learn this one lesson--" Doctrine and Covenants 121: 34-35

For more than 2000 years the Jews have always set a place at the Passover table for the prophet Elijah, the last prophet in the old Testament Malachi tells us in Malachi  4:4 " Remember ye the law of Moses my servant, which I commanded unto him   in Horeb for all Israel, with the statutes and judgments.

5 Behold, I will send you Elijah the prophet before the coming of the great and dreadful day of the LORD:

6 And he shall turn the heart of the fathers to the children, and the heart of the children  to their fathers, lest I come and smite the earth the earth with a curse."

Believe it or not. The Jews AND the Christians have forgotten the Law of Moses. Those in "Islam" do a little better remembering Moses law because Mohammed quotes Moses. Malachi said that Elijah would come before the great and dreadful day  of the LORD. And he has already come and the world does not know it and the dreadful day is upon us now in the Nuclear War coming.

Unless people will see my web pages and flyers they will not know who their fathers are. The children of Israel (not Jews), BUT those who are descendents of the 12 tribes or  the "white" - "Caucasian" people who are scattered all over the world today.

He "IS" coming to smite the earth with a curse because we have not turned our hearts to our fathers. I say that Elijah has already come and the curse awaits us. BOOM ! Many thousands of Nuclear Warheads soon, And 1/3 of the people on earth will die as the nuclear fallout stretches around the earth.

I sure wish that you people who know of my web site would tell at least one person each day about it. The visitor numbers should double very rapidly, but it does not. You are sitting on your butts and not helping to warn people as you should.    What is your excuse? WHY should God help you? You don't help others.

God says: 81 "Behold, I sent you out to testify and warn the people, and it becometh every man who hath been warned to warn his neighbor.
82 Therefore, they are left without excuse, and their sins are upon their own heads. 83 He that seeketh me early shall find me, and shall not be forsaken." 
Doctrine and Covenants 88 : 81-83

Your excuse is that you don't want any criticism from anyone.
Well "if" you stay that way, you may expect to be forsaken, because you can't hide  anything from God. You need to find him early, you need to rethink what you are doing to yourself, and you need to repent now. Or the blood of this generation of people will be your fault.

23 "Verily, verily, I say unto you, darkness covereth the earth, and gross darkness the minds of the people, and all flesh has become corrupt before my face.
33 Verily I say unto you, behold how great is your calling. Cleanse your hearts and your garments, lest the blood of this generation be required at your hands.
34 Be faithful until I come, for I come quickly; and my reward is with me to recompense every man according as his work shall be. I am Alpha and Omega. Amen." Doctrine and Covenants 112:23, 33-34

Doctrine and Covenants 112: 24 "Behold, vengeance cometh speedily upon the inhabitants of the earth, a day of wrath, a day of burning, (hot) a day of desolation, of weeping, of mourning, and of lamentation; and as a whirlwind it shall come upon all the face of the earth, saith the Lord. (Mushroom clouds look like whirlwinds.)

25 And upon my (LDS-USA) house shall it begin, and from my house shall it go forth, saith the Lord; (We will be the first hit in a surprise attack, that begins the last great terrible war.)

26 First among those among you, saith the Lord, who have professed to know my name and have not known me, and have blasphemed against me in the midst of my house, saith the Lord."  CLICK HERE if you want to live.    
27 "Therefore, see to it that ye trouble not yourselves concerning the affairs of my church in this place, saith the Lord. (Just do what is right, and let the consequences follow.)

28 But purify your hearts before me; and then go ye into all the world, and preach   my gospel unto every creature who has not received it; (Do you preach the gospel truth or your traditions?)

29 And he that believeth and is baptized shall be saved, and he that believeth not, and    is not baptized, shall be damned."

Will you be damned? Argue with God, not me, 
I am just a messenger, like Elijah. We who are left alive shall walk in the ashes of millions of people who are hypocrites and do not believe Malachi Chapter 4

He says in 3:5 that he "will come near to us in judgment" and verse 14 because we have said it is vain to serve God.  You better STUDY Malachi well, very well, it's  only 4 chapters, or plan to see hell soon.

And so we read in 1 Kings 18:7- "And as Obadiah was in the way, behold, Elijah met him: and he knew him, and fell on his face, and said, Art thou that my lord Elijah? (remember that name Obadiah)

8 "And he answered him, I am: go, tell thy lord, Behold, Elijah is here.
19 Now therefore send, and gather to me all Israel unto mount Carmel, and the prophets of Baal four hundred and fifty, and the prophets of the groves four hundred, which eat at Jezebel's table.

20 So Ahab sent unto all the children of Israel, and gathered the prophets together unto mount Carmel.
21 And Elijah came unto all the people, and said, How long halt ye between two opinions? if the LORD be God, follow him: but if Baal, then follow him. And the people answered him not a word.

22 Then said Elijah unto the people, I, even I only, remain a prophet of the LORD; but Baal's prophets are four hundred and fifty men.
 
  (How many today claim to be prophets, and are phony false prophets, with no visions or no revelations, No warning to the people.

24 And call ye on the name of your gods, and I will call on the name of the LORD: and the God that answereth by fire, let him be God. And all the people answered and said, It is well spoken.

25 And Elijah said unto the prophets of Baal, Choose you one bullock for yourselves, and dress it first; for ye are many; and call on the name of your gods, but put no fire under."

1 Kings 18:Verse 26
26 "And they took the bullock which was given them, and they dressed it, and called on the name of Baal from morning even until noon, saying, O Baal, hear us. But there was  no voice, nor any that answered. And they leaped upon the altar which was made.
27 And it came to pass at noon, that Elijah mocked them mocked them, and said, Cry aloud: for he is a god; either he is talking, or he is or he is pursuing, (on the toilet) or he is in a journey, or per adventure he sleepeth, and must be awaked.
( Elijah said maybe God is sleeping, like I did, what if I said that God couldn't hear you because he is in the out-house doing his own thing.)

28 And they cried aloud, and cut themselves after their manner with knives and lancets, till the blood gushed out upon them.

36 And it came to pass at the time of the offering of the evening sacrifice, that Elijah  the prophet came near, and said, LORD God of Abraham, Isaac, and of Israel, let it be known this day that thou art God in Israel, and that I am thy servant, and that I have done all these things at thy word.

37 Hear me, O LORD, hear me, that this people may know that thou art the LORD God, and that thou hast turned their heart back again.
38 Then the fire of the LORD fell, and consumed the burnt sacrifice, and the wood, and the stones, and the dust, and licked up the water that was in the trench.

39 And when all the people saw it, they fell on their faces: and they said, The LORD, he is the God; the LORD, he is the God.

40 And Elijah said unto them, Take the prophets of Baal; let not one of them escape. And they took them: and Elijah brought them down to the brook Kishon, and slew them there."
     (God said to the Parowan Prophet that HE WILL will do it, I don't have to. He said to me that he would kill the False pretend Prophets himself.)

Elijah said to me that I don't have to order the prophets of Baal to be slain. He  said to me the fire and desolation and plague would slay them. He said Obadiah also also spoke of the end of the world.

Obadiah 1: 1 "THE vision of Obadiah. Thus saith the Lord GOD concerning Edom; We have heard a rumour from the LORD, and an ambassador is sent among the heathen, Arise ye, and let us rise up against her in battle."
    (You act just like the heathens don't you?

Obadiah 17 "But upon mount Zion shall be deliverance, and there shall be holiness; and the house of Jacob shall possess their possessions.

18 And the house of Jacob shall be a fire, and the house of Joseph a flame, and the house of Esau for stubble, and they shall kindle in them, and devour them; and there shall not be any remaining of the house of Esau; for the LORD  hath spoken it.
19 And they of the south shall possess the mount of Esau; and they of the plain the Philistines: and they shall possess the fields of Ephraim, and the fields of Samaria: and Benjamin shall possess Gilead.

20 And the captivity of this host of the children of Israel shall possess that of the Canaanites, even unto Zarephath; and the captivity of Jerusalem, which is in Sepharad, shall possess the cities of the south.    See who are the: "Canaanites CLICK HERE"
   
 21 "And saviours shall come up on mount Zion to judge the mount of Esau; and the kingdom shall be the LORD'S."

 Elijah appeared out of nowhere, 1 Kings 17:1 and became a most important prophet to Israel. Though his appearance was brief in mortality, he was he was again with  Moses and Jesus on the Mount of Transfiguration in Matthew 17:1- 5 and Luke 9:30, and was set to do a work in these last days. You will remember that Malachi said that Elijah would come before the great and terrible day the great and terrible day of the Lord, in Malachi 4:5

Malachi's 4 Chapters, 55 verses, and 1838 words that you can read in 7 minutes, are some of the most important read if you want to live on into the future. He speaks of Esau.
    The false preachers, priests. Judgement, how to escape, people burnt to ashes, Elijah.

2 Esdras 6: 9 "For Esau IS the end of the world, and Jacob IS the beginning  of it that followeth.

2 Esdras 13:18, 20 "Now understand I the things that are laid up in the latter days, which shall happen unto them, and those that are left behind! 20 Yet it is easier for him that is in danger to come into these things, than to pass away in than to pass away in a (mushroom) cloud out of the world, and not to see the things that happen in  the last days." End quote.

ESAU ="EDOM" means "RED", see 25:30 and "Strong's Bible Concordance." They were the ancient Idumaeans. King Herod who killed the children at Jesus' birth was an Idumaean. They are TODAYS "REDS." "RED RUSSIA," "RED COMMUNIST" "RED China" The Lord really said: I WILL HAVE WAR WITH "THE REDS" Also  see "Strong's for "HAIRY". Genesis 25:25, it comes from the Hebrew ROOT WORD "SAAR" which means "he horribly afraid, fear, hurl as a storm, be tempestuous, come like take away as with a whirlwind." ("Mushroom cloud.") Now you know why the Devil is in Red. Because the Lord WARS with him.

Read this again so you understand for sure. Maybe HIStory will begin to make some sense to you. His story is the greatest story ever told.
