Marriage Certificate of Sealing on the “Aaronic”  Priesthood level.      
Per the instructions of the Prophet Joseph Smith on September 11, 2005 we have this agreement with the God of Israel.

by the right hand and receive her unto yourself, to be your lawful and wedded wife in the eyes of God. And you to be her lawful and wedded husband, for time and for all eternity, with a covenant and promise on your part that you will fulfill all the laws, rites, and ordinances pertaining to this holy matrimony, in this new and everlasting covenant with God.
Doing this in the presence of God, angels, and these witnesses, of your own free will, and by your own choice at this time.

So in the name of the Living God of Israel, and by the authority of the Holy Priesthood I hold in the Kingdom of God.
I pronounce you legally and lawfully husband and wife, bound by the laws of the Priesthood, for time and all eternity, and I seal upon you the blessings that await the faithful of the Holy resurrection, with power to come forth in the morning of the first resurrection, clothed with glory, immortality, and eternal life within yourself;
and I seal upon you the blessings of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob Israel; based upon your own faithfulness unto the end.   As they were faithful.   
And I say unto you to:
be faithful unto God and multiply here in time, and on into eternity, and do all that you can to build up the Kingdom of God here and forever. That you may have joy and rejoicing in your posterity forever in the eternal worlds. You being together as a family.     
All these blessings, together with all of the blessings pertaining to the New and Everlasting Covenant, I seal upon your heads, through your faithfulness unto God, unto the end.
By the authority of the Holy Priesthood, I hold in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit.   Amen.
