"KEYS"

JOSEPH SAID:

Sunday, May 1, 1842 ''I preached in the grove, ON THE KEYS OF THE KINGDOM, charity, & c. The KEYS are certain signs and words by which false spirits and personages may be detected from true, which cannot be revealed to the Elders till the Temple is completed. THE RICH CAN ONLY GET THEM IN THE TEMPLE, THE POOR MAY GET THEM ON THE MOUNTAIN TOP AS DID MOSES.              The rich cannot be saved without charity, giving to feed the poor when and how God requires, as well as building. There are signs in heaven, earth and hell; the Elders must know them all, to be endowedwith power, to finish their work and prevent imposition."                                             (Joseph Smith, Documentary History of the Church, "DHC" 4:608)

"This, therefore, is the sealing and binding power, AND, in one sense of the word, THE KEYS OF THE KINGDOM, which CONSIST IN THE KEY OF KNOWLEDGE."   (Doctrine and Covenants 128:14)        CLICK HERE TO see about THE Kingdom.

Again Joseph said: "Reading the experiences of others, OR the revelation given to them, can never give us a comprehensive view of our condition and true relation to God. Knowledge of these things can only he obtained BY EXPERIENCE through the ordinances of God set forth for that purpose. COULD YOU GAZE INTO HEAVEN FIVE MINUTES, you would know more than you would by reading all that was ever written on the subject."    (Documentary History of the Church  6: 50)

Now! Suppose you're in a bad airplane crash, and you are taken THROUGH THE VEIL,  FOR "Three" (3) WEEKS, while your mortal body lays in a "coma"!     (NOT for just 5 MINUTES!)

Again Joseph said: "Whenever there has been a righteous man on earth UNTO WHOM GOD REVEALED HIS WORD AND GAVE POWER AND AUTHORITY to administer in His name, and where there is a priest of God - THERE IS THE KINGDOM OF GOD; and (AND), in consequence of rejecting the Gospel of Jesus Christ and (AND) THE PROPHETS WHOM GOD HATH SENT, THE JUDGEMENTS OF GOD HAVE RESTED UPON PEOPLE, CITIES, AND NATIONS, in various ages of the world, which was the case with the cities of Sodom and Gomorrah, THAT WERE DESTROYED FOR REJECTING THE PROPHETS."

He continues onHe continues on: ''Now I give my testimony. I care not for man. I speak boldly and faithfully and with authority. How is it with the kingdom of God? Where did the kingdom of God begin? WHERE THERE IS NO KINGDOM OF GOD THERE IS NO SALVATION. What constitutes the kingdom of God? WHERE THERE IS A PROPHET, a priest, or a righteous man unto whom God gives his oracles, THERE IS THE KINGDOM OF GOD; and where the oracles of God are NOT, THERE THE KINGDOM OF GOD IS NOT," IF YOU REALLY WANT TO SEE ABOUT THE KINGDOM OF GOD, CLICK HERE.

"The plea of many in this day is, that we have no right to receive revelations; BUT IF WE DO NOT GET REVELATIONS, we do not have the oracles of God; AND IF they have not the oracles of God, they are not the people of God.      (Documentary History of the Church 5:256, 257)

So "if" we can find THE PEOPLE OF GOD, how may we get our "endowments" that are necessary?

From the "Comprehensive History of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints,"     C.H.C. Volume 3, page 386, WE READ:

"It was moved and seconded that Elder Addison Pratt, James Brown, and Hiram H. Blackwell, go to the Society Islands to preach the gospel. Carried. Such the action of the conference of October 6th, 1849; and shortly afterwards these men left the valley on their way to the islands. Sometime previous to starting upon this mission, Addison Pratt, who had been a faithful Elder for many years, but on account of his absence on previous missions in the South Pacific Islands HAD NOT HAD an opportunity to receive THE ENDOWMENT ceremonies of the temple, (HE) WAS TAKEN TO THE SUMMIT OF ENSIGN PEAK AND THERE RECEIVED THOSE SACRED ORDINANCES, THE MOUNTAIN BEING DEDICATED ESPECIALLY FOR THAT PURPOSE. This action was in harmony with the instructions of THE PROPHET (JOSEPH) IN NAUVOO when he said that these ordinances of the temple UNDER CERTAIN CIRCUMSTANCES MIGHT BE OBTAINED ON THE MOUNTAIN TOP, AS MOSES DID THEM." (Comprehensive History of the Church 3:386-387)

AND SO - After a man has learned what he can from his mortal brethren here on this earth, what is he to do? He may go to a mountain top AS DID MOSES, and there be taught by God. OR he may learn enough, that God will visit him "wherever" he is at. Like Moses.

ST. JOHN TELLS US WHAT JESUS SAID:

"He that hath my commandments, AND keepeth them, he it is that loveth me: AND he that loveth me shall be loved of my Father, AND I will love him, AND WILL MANIFEST MYSELF TO HIM. "If ("IF") a man love me, he WILL keep my words: (and "repent") AND my Father will love him, AND WE WILL COME UNTO HIM, AND MAKE OUR ABODE WITH HIM."   ( Bible, St. John 14:21,23) AND SO - Do you ask God about everything?

"AND IF "AND IF YE ASK ANYTHING THAT IS NOT EXPEDIENT FOR YOU, IT SHALL TURN UNTO YOUR CONDEMNATION." "Behold, that WHICH YOU HEAR is as the voice of one crying in the wilderness - IN THE WILDERNESS, because you cannot see him -my voice, because my voice IS SPIRIT; my Spirit is truth; truth abideth and hath no end; AND IF it be in you it shall abound."

"AND IF your eye be single to my glory, your whole bodies shall be filled WITH LIGHT,   (SEE D&C 93:36) and there shall be no darkness in you; AND that body which is filled with light comprehendeth all things.''

"THEREFORE SANCTIFY YOURSELVES (See Helaman 3:35) that your minds become single to God, AND the days WILL COME THAT YOU SHALL SEE HIM; for HE WILL UNVEIL HIS FACE UNTO YOU, AND it shall be in his own time, AND in his own way, AND according to his own will."       (D & C 88:65-68)

The D & C 93:36 says: "The glory of God is intelligence, OR IN OTHER WORDS, LIGHT AND TRUTH." 10 Verses before says: "The spirit of truth is of God, I am the Spirit of truth, AND John bore record of me, SAYING: He received a fulness of truth, yea, even all truth; "AND NO man receiveth a fulness UNLESS HE KEEPETH HIS COMMANDMENTS." (D & C 93:26, 27)

DO YOU HAVE A Christmas TREE?

(Are you a Heathen?)

In the Bible we read: "Hear ye the word which the Lord speaketh unto you, O house of Israel. THUS SAITH THE LORD, LEARN NOT THE WAY OF THE HEATHEN. and be not dismayed at the signs of heaven; for the HEATHEN are dismayed at them."

NOW WE LEARN ABOUT CHRISTMAS TREES. FROM the Bible.

"For the customs of the people ARE VAIN: for one cutteth A TREE OUT OF THE FOREST, the work of the hands of the workman, WITH THE AXE. They deck it They deck it WITH SILVER AND WITH GOLD: They fasten it WITH NAILS and WITH HAMMERS, that it move not. They are upright as the palm tree, hot speak not: THEY MUST NEEDS be BORNE (carried) because they cannot go. Be not afraid of them; for they cannot do evil, (only you can) neither also is it in them to do good." (How many of your Church authorities are Heathens? How about Government officials?  Can such people of power read?  What grade in your school did YOU learn to read? WHAT IS CHRISTMAS ABOUT?

"Forasmuch as there is none like unto thee, O Lord, thou art great, AND THY NAME IS GREAT IN MIGHT." Christmas, is "CHRIST"-MAS.

"Who would not fear thee O King of nations?   

See all the "Christmas trees" - almost nobody fears him.For TO THEE DOTH IT APPERTAIN: foreasmuch as among all the wise men of the nations, and in all their kingdoms there is none like unto thee."   (Bible - Jeremiah 10:1-7)                        

Yet the "hypocrite heathens" can read BUT just ignore God, AND HE will ignore them soon.

Now the truth is that the U.S.A. is full of "heathen" people who have "Christmas trees.

We live in that day, WHEN THE LORD, has said that he would separate the ''wheat from the chaff" OR "the Sheep from the goats," AND the "saints from the sinners." WHAT ARE YOU?

''If'' you are like most people, then you don't know what you are, yourself. Most religious people say ''I believe in God and the scriptures. AND that the Lord will take care of me. WELL! The Lord has told you to PREPARE YOURSELF.

Jesus said.: "And that servant. which knew his Lord's will, AND PREPARED NOT HIMSELF (OR HERSELF) neither did according to his will, SHALL BE beaten with many stripes.         I AM COME TO SEND FIRE ON THE EARTH, Suppose ye that I am come to give peace on earth? I TELL YOU, NAY; BUT RATHER DIVISION."   (Luke 12:47,49,51)   Get your eyes open and read Matthew 10 :34 on to the end of the chapter.

                      You, have been left here for ''awhile.''

Now, Decide what are you going to do with the life that you have left to live on this earth?

To Nephi he said: "And inasmuch AS YE SHALL KEEP MY COMMANDMENTS, ye shall prosper, and shall be led TO A LAND OF PROMISE; yea, even a land which I have prepared for you; yea, a land which is choice above all other lands. And IN AS MUCH AS THY BRETHREN SHALL REBEL AGAINST ME THEY SHALL BE CUT OFF.
Nephi was led to America.  1 Nephi 2: 20-21
Read about "America" in 1 Nephi 13:30-37; 2 Nephi 1:5-7;  
AND 2 Nephi 10:16-19

This is God speaking, Why would you argue about his authority? Dumb - Foolish - Stupid, Ignorant, Don't you have better sense than argue with God?

Ether tells us:  "And thus the Lord did pour out his blessings upon this land, which was choice above all other lands; AND HE COMMANDED THAT WHOSO SHOULD POSSESS THE LAND should possess it unto the Lord, OR, ( OR ! ) THEY SHOULD BE DESTROYED WHEN (Now!) THEY WERE RIPENED IN INIQUITY: for UPON such, SAITH THE LORD: I WILL POUR OUT THE FULNESS OF MY WRATH."           (Ether 9.20)

Wrath will be 11 Million degrees HOT!

"For the time speedily cometh THAT THE LORD GOD SHALL CAUSE A GREAT DIVISION AMONG THE PEOPLE, AND THE WICKED WILL HE DESTROY: AND he will spare his people, yea, EVEN IF IT SO BE that he must destroy the wicked BY FIRE."  ( "BOOM" - 11 million degrees HOT! )   ( 2 Nephi 30:10 )

A few verses earlier he said: "For behold, EXCEPT ye shall keep the commandments OF GOD ye shall all likewise perish.  (2 Nephi 30:1)   So WILL YOU HAVE A CHRISTMAS TREE THIS YEAR?  Now that you know what God thinks of the Heathens.

I say time after time: the Mormons don't really believe their own scriptures. They are just a nice bunch of people in a nice social club. Their scriptures and "real" former prophets said they would apostatize and follow the world to the destruction. And they have!
