New Moons in the Millennium                                                   February 3, 2002
As we are going into the Millennium, we need to understand what Isaiah foretold.

Isaiah 66:14- “And when ye see this, your heart shall rejoice, and your bones shall flourish like an herb: and the hand of the LORD shall be known toward his servants, and his indignation toward his enemies.  (Notice that his enemies get burned.)
15 For, behold, the LORD will come with fire, and with his chariots like a whirlwind, to render his anger with fury, and his rebuke with flames of fire. (Anger and fury and FIRE,
11 million degrees in a Nuclear Warhead is very hot.)

16 For by fire and by his sword will the LORD plead with all flesh: and  the slain of the LORD shall be many.”    (Millions dead.)

22 For as the new heavens and the new earth, which I will make, shall remain before me, saith the LORD, so shall your seed and your name remain. (do you want your seed to remain alive?)  OR      (NOTICE Are you his enemy?) 
23 And it shall come to pass, that from one new moon to another, and from one sabbath to another, shall all flesh come to worship before me, saith the LORD.
24 And they shall go forth, and look upon the carcases of the men that have transgressed against me: for their worm shall not die, neither shall their fire be quenched; and they shall be an abhorring unto all flesh.”    Isaiah 66:14-16, and 22-24

Many slain!  We then will watch New Moons and Sabbaths more carefully. See below what the "Hand" does.
          Those who transgressed will just be dead carcases.

Paul tells us: "And to you who are troubled rest with us, when the Lord Jesus shall be revealed from heaven with his mighty angels,  (Take notice at how he comes!)
8 In flaming fire taking vengeance on them that know not God, and that obey not the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ:    "everlasting"(destruction from the presence of the Lord)
9 Who shall be punished with everlasting destruction from the presence of the Lord, and from the glory of his power;
10 When he shall come to be glorified in his saints, and to be admired in all them that believe (because our testimony among you was believed) in that day."     2 Thessalonians 1:7-10

Now I am quite sure that most people will not believe me for two reasons. 1st. the New Testament says in 2 Peter 3:3 in the last days there will be scoffers, and Jude 18 there will be mockers.
2nd. is that nobody has seen what I have seen.
When you know the story you understand what the images mean.
John the Revelator tells:
"And I looked, and behold a white cloud, and upon the cloud one sat like unto the Son of man, having on his head a golden crown, and in his hand a sharp sickle.

15 And another angel came out of the temple, crying with a loud voice to him that sat on the cloud, Thrust in thy sickle, and reap: for the time is come for thee to reap; for the harvest of the earth is ripe.

16 And he that sat on the cloud thrust in his sickle on the earth; and the earth was reaped.
(He uses his "HAND" on the Sickle to reap. So did you Click above to learn about the "HAND"? = Servant!)
17 And another angel came out of the temple which is in heaven, he also having a sharp sickle.

18 And another angel came out from the altar, which had power over fire; and cried with a loud cry to him that had the sharp sickle, saying, Thrust in thy sharp sickle, and gather the clusters of the vine of the earth; for her grapes are fully ripe.

19 And the angel thrust in his sickle into the earth, and gathered the vine of the earth, and cast it into the great winepress of the wrath of God.  (Billions will die.)

20 And the winepress was trodden without the city, and blood came out of the winepress, even unto the horse bridles, by the space of a thousand and six hundred furlongs."      Revelation 14: 14-20

So do you understand what “Forever” means?
What is forever? See a dictionary, how long that really is. I'll bet you learn that it is a long time.
We read the commandments for War and the monthly new moon.
What the priests are supposed to do.

Numbers 10:7- “But when the congregation is to be gathered together, ye shall blow, but ye shall not sound an alarm.
8 And the sons of Aaron, the priests, shall blow with the trumpets; and they shall be to you for an ordinance for ever throughout your generations.

9 And if ye go to WAR in your land against the enemy that oppresseth you, then ye shall blow an alarm with the trumpets; and ye shall be remembered before the LORD your God, and ye shall be saved from your enemies.  (Do you want to be saved from your enemies?)
10 Also in the day of your gladness, and in your solemn days, and in the beginnings of your months, (new moon) ye shall blow with the trumpets over your burnt offerings, and over the sacrifices of your peace offerings; that they may be to you for a memorial before your God: I am the LORD your God.”    Numbers 10:7-10)

Now if you don’t want to remember God, AND don’t want his help in WAR against your enemy then just forget the “Forever” throughout your generations, “Forget” the beginnings of months, the new moons.
AND your carcases can be” an abhorring unto all flesh.”
Like he said. The ‘stink’ is terrible, “abhorring!” 

So what we should do in March 2002 is to watch for the new moon and keep a memorial to God for his help, that we need.
I expect to see on March 15th. The new moon rise in the West after sundown at 6:38 p.m. Only 3% of the moon will be seen.
The moonset will be at 8:17p.m. the new moon appears Mountain Standard Time. Blow the trumpet.

That will begin the 1st. day of the year. 14 Days later begins the Passover on March 28, 2002 at sundown. See the Passover link. The FULL moon is at Passover time on March 28, 2002.

The 2002 April New Moon will come on the 12th.
At 1:22 p.m. Mountain Daylight Time. Sunset on the 14th. At 8:06 p.m. Daylight savings time, will allow you to see the moon in the west before 9:07 p.m. in Parowan. Be quick.     See the "Moon Times" each month:  http://aa.usno.navy.mil/data/  and obey.       

A new moon 'fast' is abstaining from food from sundown to sundown. Drinking plenty of water, so you can flush your body and pee a lot. (St. John 4:10-14 we read Jesus is the water.)
Jesus is the living water or the word of God. So take in lot’s of water and lot’s of his word.

'Fasting' is an exercise in self restraint. Choosing obedience instead of self indulgence. It cleanses your body, and builds faith. You can’t argue that all of the prophets fasted. Why? Really!  Why?
A good lesson to take to heart. The new moon represents a new life for you. It grows to get and give more light each month.
It is so important that it happens 12 or 13 times each year.

Isaiah 58:3- “Wherefore have we fasted, say they, and thou seest not? wherefore have we afflicted our soul, and thou takest no knowledge? 
Behold, in the day of your fast ye find pleasure, and exact all your labours.
4 Behold, ye fast for strife and debate, and to smite with the fist of wickedness: ye shall not fast as ye do this day, to make your voice to be heard on high.

5 Is it such a fast that I have chosen?  a day for a man to afflict his soul?  is it to bow down his head as a bulrush, and to spread sackcloth and ashes under him?  wilt thou call this a fast, and an acceptable day to the LORD?

6 Is not this the fast that I have chosen?  to loose the bands of wickedness, to undo the heavy burdens, and to let the oppressed go free, and that ye break every yoke?

7 Is it not to deal thy bread to the hungry, and that thou bring the poor that are cast out to thy house?  when thou seest the naked, that thou cover him; and that thou hide not thyself from thine own flesh?

8 Then shall thy light break forth as the morning, and thine
health shall spring forth speedily: and thy righteousness shall go before thee; the glory of the LORD shall be thy rereward.

9 Then shalt thou call, and the LORD shall answer; thou shalt cry, and he shall say, Here I am.”  Isaiah 58:3-9

Isaiah 40:10- “Behold, the Lord GOD will come with strong hand, and his arm shall rule for him: behold, his reward is with him, and his work before him.
11 He shall feed his flock like a shepherd: he shall gather the lambs with his arm, and carry them in his bosom, and shall gently lead those that are with young.”  Isaiah 40: 10-11

Isaiah 66:23  “And it shall come to pass, that from one new moon to another, and from one sabbath to another, shall all flesh come to worship before me, saith the LORD.”

Daniel  9:3 “And I set my face unto the Lord God, to seek by
prayer and supplications, with fasting, and sackcloth, and ashes:”

Joel 2:1 “BLOW ye the trumpet in Zion, and sound an alarm in my holy mountain: let all the inhabitants of the land tremble: for the day of the LORD cometh, for it is nigh at hand;    
2 A day of darkness and of gloominess, a day of clouds and of thick darkness, as the morning spread upon the mountains: a great people and a strong; there hath not been ever the like, neither shall be any more after it, even to the years of many generations.

3 A fire devoureth before them; and behind them a flame burneth: the land is as the garden of Eden before them, and behind them a desolate wilderness; yea, and nothing shall escape them.”
   Joel 2: 1-3

“And rend your heart, and not your garments, and turn unto the LORD your God: for he is gracious and merciful, slow to anger, and of great kindness, and repenteth him of the evil. (God repents.)
14 Who knoweth  if  he will return and repent, and leave a blessing behind him; even a meat offering and a drink offering unto the LORD your God?  (God ‘may’ repent?  Will you?)
15 Blow the trumpet in Zion, sanctify a fast, call a solemn assembly:”    Joel 2: 13-15  (See the trumpet here.)

Zechariah 7; 3-“And to speak unto the priests which were in the house of the LORD of hosts, and to the prophets, saying, Should I weep in the fifth month, separating myself, as I have done these so many years?
4 Then came the word of the LORD of hosts unto me, saying,
5 Speak unto all the people of the land, and to the priests, saying, When ye fasted and mourned in the fifth and seventh month, even those seventy years, did ye at all fast unto me, even to me?

6 And when ye did eat, and when ye did drink, did not ye eat for yourselves, and drink for yourselves?
7 Should ye not hear the words which the LORD hath cried by the former prophets, when Jerusalem was inhabited and in prosperity, and the cities thereof round about her, when men inhabited the south and the plain?”    Zechariah 7: 3-7

Leaders today argue with the former Prophets, --so who is wrong? I’ll bet on men who talked with God. Not some phony’s, who just pretend, and are really false imposter prophets.

“Likewise the people of the land shall worship at the door of this gate before the LORD in the sabbaths and in the new moons.”    Ezekiel 46:3

“The LORD is my strength and song, and is become my salvation.
15 The voice of rejoicing and salvation is in the tabernacles of the righteous: the right hand of the LORD doeth valiantly.
16 The right hand of the LORD is exalted: the right hand of the LORD doeth valiantly.
17 I shall not die, but live, and declare the works of the LORD.
18 The LORD hath chastened me sore: but he hath not given me over unto death.”    Psalms 118: 14-18

“And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,
27 Also on the tenth (10) day of this seventh (7) month there shall be a day of atonement: it shall be an holy convocation unto you; and ye shall afflict your souls, and offer an offering made by fire unto the LORD.
28 And ye shall do no work in that same day: for it is a day of atonement, to make an atonement for you before the LORD your God. (The 10th. day of the 7th. month will be September 24, 2002)
29 For whatsoever soul it be that shall not be afflicted in that same day, he shall be cut off from among his people.
30 And whatsoever soul it be that doeth any work in that same day, the same soul will I destroy from among his people.
31 Ye shall do no manner of work: it shall be a statute for ever throughout your generations in all your dwellings.
32 It shall be unto you a sabbath of rest, and ye shall afflict your souls: in the ninth day of the month at even, from even unto even, shall ye celebrate your sabbath.”
        Leviticus 23: 26-32   (Say: What is forever?)

“And this shall be a statute for ever unto you: that in the seventh month, on the tenth day of the month, `ye shall afflict your souls, and do no work at all, whether it be one of your own country, or a stranger that sojourneth among you:
30 For on that day shall the priest make an atonement for you, to cleanse you, that ye may be clean from all your sins before the LORD.    (Now you know that you are NOT clean.)
31 It shall be a sabbath of rest unto you, and ye shall afflict your souls, by a statute for ever.”   Leviticus 16: 29-31

Seven Months later is a Saturday on September 14, 2002 

As we go to WAR we should remember Numbers 10: 9-10
“9 And if ye go to war in your land against the enemy that oppresseth you, then ye shall blow an alarm with the trumpets; and ye shall be remembered before the LORD your God, and ye shall be saved from your enemies.
10 Also in the day of your gladness, and in your solemn days, and in the beginnings of your months, ye shall blow with the trumpets over your burnt offerings, and over the sacrifices of your peace offerings; that they may be to you for a memorial before your God: I am the LORD your God.”  Numbers 10:9-10
So at WAR we blow the trumpets AND at the beginning of the months, New Moon.

The New Moon feast day is the day “after” the new moon is seen, when 'that hour' begins the 'fast' day. The next evening “after” sundown as that day has ended the breaking of the ‘fast’ is the time of the feast. Don’t over-eat—just appreciate meals again.    Bread and milk and honey can seem like a feast, in the land of milk and honey.
To begin the ‘Fast,’ Eat before sundown, then drink water and sleep all-night. In the morning brush your teeth and drink lots of water. You can make it through the day on water, and the “growl’s” of your stomach. Realize that ‘Billions’ of people have the “growl’s” every day of their miserable lives.  This whole Nation has “Robbed” God the Prophet Malachi tells us:

”Will a man rob God?  Yet ye have robbed me.  But ye say, Wherein have we robbed thee?  In tithes and offerings.
9 Ye are cursed with a curse: for ye have robbed me, even this whole nation.  
10 Bring ye all the tithes into the storehouse, that there may be meat in mine house, and prove me now herewith, saith the LORD of hosts, if I will not open you the windows of heaven, and pour you out a blessing, that there shall not be room enough to receive it.

11 And I will rebuke the devourer for your sakes, and he shall not destroy the fruits of your ground; neither shall your vine cast her fruit before the time in the field, saith the LORD of hosts.
12 And all nations shall call you blessed: for ye shall be a delightsome land, saith the LORD of hosts.
13 Your words have been stout against me, saith the LORD.  Yet ye say, What have we spoken so much against thee?

14 Ye have said, It is vain to serve God: and what profit is it that we have kept his ordinance, and that we have walked mournfully before the LORD of hosts?”   Malachi 3:8-14

6 That we may buy the poor for silver, and the needy for a pair of shoes; yea, and sell the refuse of the wheat?
7 The LORD hath sworn by the excellency of Jacob, Surely I will never forget any of their works.

8 Shall not the land tremble for this, and every one mourn that dwelleth therein?  and it shall rise up wholly as a flood; and it shall be cast out and drowned, as by the flood of Egypt.
9 And it shall come to pass in that day, saith the Lord GOD, that I will cause the sun to go down at noon, and I will darken the earth in the clear day:  (Fallout clouds everywhere= darken the earth.)

10 And I will turn your feasts into mourning, and all your songs into lamentation; and I will bring up sackcloth upon all loins, and baldness upon every head; (radiation sickness hair falls out) and I will make it as the mourning of an only son, and the end thereof as a bitter day.
11 Behold, the days come, saith the Lord GOD, that I will send a famine in the land, not a famine of bread, nor a thirst for water, but of hearing the words of the LORD.”   Amos 8: 3 -11

We read in the New Testament that all things are to be restored in the last days. So that does include the holy days of the New Moons and the Passover.  You want the 'fallout' to passover and not kill you don't you? Then stay inside like commanded.

”Blow up the trumpet in the new moon, in the time appointed, on our solemn feast day.
4 For this was a statute for Israel, and a law of the God of Jacob.”    Psalms 81: 3-4

We Read in Acts 3: 17- "And now, brethren, I wot that through ignorance ye did it, as did also your rulers.
18 But those things, which God before had shewed by the mouth of all his prophets, that Christ should suffer, he hath so fulfilled.
19 Repent ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, when the times of refreshing shall come from the presence of the Lord; 
                     (The refreshing is coming now.)
20 And he shall send Jesus Christ, which before was preached unto you:
21 Whom the heaven must receive until the times of restitution of all things, which God hath spoken by the mouth of all his holy prophets since the world began.

22 For Moses truly said unto the fathers, A prophet shall the Lord your God raise up unto you of your brethren, like unto me; him shall ye hear in all things whatsoever he shall say unto you.
23 And it shall come to pass, that every soul, which will not hear that prophet, shall be destroyed from among the people.”     Acts 3: 17-23

Manasseh makes the 13th. Tribe, but the Levites were as the priests among all of the tribes so that took the number back to 12 Tribes to divide the land. So we have either 12 or 13 new moons each year to remember all of the tribes of Israel. Judah and Benjamin were the Southern Kingdom. And the other 10 tribes were the Northern Kingdom.
